Escape Room Manager

Do you enjoy ensuring guests have a great time, while you are having a great time? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee daily operations of the escape room to ensure happy employees and guests. Mountain Time Escape Rooms (a well oiled machine) has been in Breckenridge for 8 years - started with one escape room now have five escape rooms. We are now in the process of adding Outdoor Escape Rooms for this spring/summer. We are still a growing business and looking for someone to grow with us!

Job Summary
The ideal candidate be will like-minded individual who loves entertaining guest's, games and puzzles, plus the Breckenridge area. They must possess strong leadership skills and a background in hospitality management, ensuring that our team delivers exceptional service while maintaining high standards and quality. This role requires memorization, effective team management, training development, and a commitment to enhancing the overall guest experience. This is a fun work environment in the entertainment industry, so a fun, upbeat personality is required!

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies.
• Knowledge of all games to train others.
• Manage staff scheduling.
• Coordinate services and special events to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new team members.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
• Ensure games are working properly and knowledge of simple maintenance.
• Ensuring backup supplies.
• Utilize POS systems effectively for bookings, payment and management.

Experience

• Proven experience in management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of
• Experience in training development and team management is essential.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $59,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
